Custom Banner Pricing for Hot Air Balloons Standard Banner Pricing:
"Race Banners" or Short Term Banners- $300.00Smaller banners used for races or short term advertising are smaller in size, from 10' x 12' to 10' x 20'. They are tied on to the balloon rather than using velcro.Charges include one ink color, and standard lettering. Additional art or ink charges may be assessed upon receipt of your artwork.
Custom Full Size Baners:
Priced per square foot-Banners larger than 10 x 20 are priced on a per square foot basis of $1.10 per foot. If your banner is tapered, use the largest dimensions to figure the cost. The base charge includes one ink color and standard lettering.Logo charges start at $70.00 per major element of design. If you have a logo similar to the "Conseco" banner on our examples page, the charge would be $70.00 plus the base fee. Complex logos with several colors can be reproduced with amazing accuracy, and will be quoted after we receive the artwork. Typically the range for logo charges is $70.00 - $210.00 per banner.
There is a 10% surcharge for applying light colored ink over a dark fabric, i.e. white over navy.
We are not able to guarantee PMS matching, but there is a wide range of standard ink colors available to choose from.
You will receive a discount on a "second banner". If you order two banners of the same design, (dark ink over light fabric only), you will receive a 20% discount if both banners are ordered at the same time.
Artwork Requirements:
In order to quote a banner for you, please provide us with at least a simple sketch of your design, and a business card sized copy of your logo.To place an order for a custom banner, you must submit camera ready, black and white, high resolution artwork. A business card or letterhead is NOT camera ready art. A laser print out or ad slick sized 8 1/2" x 11" IS camera ready artwork. If you do not have the ability to create camera ready artwork, we can do it for you at a base fee of $35.00. Most art can be finalized for $35.00, but more complex logos may be slightly higher.
Terms:
A 50% deposit is required to place an order and secure a production slot. Allow 4 - 6 weeks for completion. Balance due upon delivery. Sales tax and freight are extra. Prices do not include installations, fittings, or alterations after completion.
